How Does the Program Work?

Simply fill out the form below to join the program. After completing your registration, contact us to discuss the details of the program.

Then, when you have a referral, just contact us to coordinate a first meeting with your client at a convenient location. If your client would like to move forward after our presentation, GTG Builders will provide them a project budget for a new custom home in move-in condition. If a contract is signed with your client, you will receive payment at the start of construction.
