Our building and remodeling process follows the design-build steps, giving you clarity and confidence at every stage. With over 20 years of experience, we’ve developed a streamlined custom home-building process and an equally comprehensive approach to remodeling services. Project Discovery

Every project begins with a detailed discussion about your goals, allowing us to understand your unique needs, preferences, and budget. This initial stage includes steps like custom home planning or discussing innovative remodeling concepts to match your lifestyle.

We’ll also conduct a thorough review of your site, whether for new construction or an active residential construction site, ensuring every detail is accounted for. Additionally, we’ll introduce you to our custom home builder contract and process.

Preliminary Design & Cost

Once you've committed to working with us, our team will work closely with you to create a tailored plan that perfectly reflects your vision. Whether it’s a custom home design package or expertly crafted remodeling layouts, we utilize cutting-edge tools and custom home builder project management software to bring your ideas to life. This phase includes a meticulous custom home design process or the development of detailed remodeling layouts, whatever your project needs.

Once we know what your project will look like, we can give you an idea of its costs.

Final Design Contract & Permitting

Part of our role as a design-build home builder and remodeler is presenting the Statement of Work. We collaborate with you to refine the document until it fully meets your needs. This process includes developing a custom home construction schedule or a remodeling timeline that aligns with your goals. After finalizing the details, we present the contract for review and signature.

Once the contract is signed, we take care of submitting all necessary applications to the county, town, and state.

Construction

Whether we’re building your home from the ground up or remodeling your current space, our team ensures that every detail is executed to the highest standards during this critical construction phase. You’ll be guided through the physical home construction stages with transparent, regular progress updates. We expertly handle every home construction step, making sure that your project is built with the highest standards. 

We work with a network of vetted professionals to guarantee the highest levels of craftsmanship and quality assurance. Throughout the construction process, you can count on clear communication and updates.

Post Construction Service

At the final stage of your project, we take pride in unveiling the finished product and walking through it with you to ensure every detail is perfect and you are thrilled with your home. We’ll also discuss maintenance tips and long-term care of your home, helping you protect your investment.

Six months after your project is complete and you've had time to enjoy your new space, we’ll contact you to ensure everything is still right. At the one-year mark, we'll contact you again to ensure you're still enjoying your new space and that no issues have popped up.

Our recent Projects

GTG Builders Custom Home Warranty

GTG Builders warrants that the home will be substantially free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year. All workmanship shall conform to the guidelines found in the publication Residential Construction Performance Guidelines for Professional Builders and Remodelers, Fourth Edition © 2011 National Association of Home Builders. If an item is not covered in that publication, standard industry practice shall be the rule.
